We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and let you know we have enjoyed helping each and everyone of you. If you are working on a pedal tractor for a Christmas gift we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible so that you may have your parts in time to have your tractor completed before Christmas. UPS Ground service has advised that December 13 is the last date that they can assure your package delivery before Christmas. USPS Priority mail has advised that December 19 is the last date that they can assure your package delivery before Christmas. Those are the only two ways that we ship packages. We do not offer faster shipping such as overnite or next day air, so please order ASAP. We will be closed from December 24, 2024 through January 2, 2025 to celebrate the holidays and year end inventory. We appreciate all of you and your interest in pedal tractors.

We have been experiencing issues with being able to acquire some of the parts and components that we need. We will do our very best to fulfill your order and will advise you if there is something that we cannot get at this time. Unfortunately, we do not have the greatest of phone and internet service here in WV so if you do not get an answer, please try back again. For some odd reason if we are on the phone when you try to call, it will sometimes give a message that our phone is not in service when in fact it is.

Here at John's Pedal Tractors, we prefer to give our customers the personal touch. We like to make sure you're getting the right part the first time. In order to do this and also to avoid confusion, please call us at 304-790-7851 to place an order or for assistance. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. We occasionally ship USPS First Class Mail on small items.

We are a home based business and try to be available Monday - Friday between the hours of 10 am to 5 pm EST. If we do not answer, please leave a message. We are available on the weekends by chance. If you do not reach the answer machine, it is because we are on the phone assisting another customer. Please try back.
